Using Hypnotherapy to deal with hidden pressure

Winter is here and the nights are drawing in and many of us are now looking forward to Christmas and Family time together.

For some of us this is sadly not the case and the thought of husband and wives spending days together leads only to arguments and unfortunately physical and mental violence and abuse.

During our lives many children and young adults have had to deal with mental, physical or sexual abuse and whilst our subconscious mind is good at locking this away it stays festering just under the surface.

Some times this may only be small almost insignificant things, but often they have been allowed to build up like a pressure pot inside us.

When we are feeling in a mood and during an argument the red mist comes down as the lid in our pressure pot has lifted and we say and unfortunately do things that we may deeply regret afterwards.

These demons inside can also lead to excessive drinking in an attempt to forget the past.

The good news is that expert help is available at Iwood health.
As a clinical hypnotherapist I have trained in the treatment Of Crisis and Trauma Clinical Hypnotherapy incorporating
PTSD, Depression and Anxiety.
